1. How do I sign on?

It’s easy! Type www.promedsupply.com in the address bar of your internet browser and hit enter. Enter in your User Name and Password (both are found in the letter included in the Starter Kit) and click “GO”.

2. What if I forget my password?

No Problem! Just click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login screen. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click the “Send” button. Your password will be emailed to you. Or just call us at 1-800-648-5190.

3. How do I change my password?

Change is good. You can change your password as often as you want. Click on “Your Account” button on any screen. Just click the “Change Password” link at the top of the screen. Then enter new password, retype it to confirm and click “Proceed”.

4. Are the products in the Professional Medical Catalog available online?

Yes – and many more! Our entire selection of eldercare equipment – over 750,000 products – is available on our website.

5. Will I still have the same account manager?

Absolutely! You’ll continue to receive the same great service, whether you order over the phone, fax or online.

6. What if I want to place some orders online and some over the phone?

No problem. You can place multiple orders by phone or fax and online!

7. How do I find what I need?

Lots of ways! With the largest selection of eldercare equipment, we’re sure to have what you need. Use any of these four ways to find products:

QUICK ORDER –- If you know the item number of the product you want, click on “Your Account” on any screen. Click on the “Quick Order” field at the top of the screen. Enter the item number and click “Buy”.

PRODUCT SEARCH – Type in the item number or a description of the product you’re looking for in the “Product Search” area at the top of any screen. Click “GO!” and you’ll see a list of products matching your criteria.

PRODUCT CATEGORY – You can also find products by clicking on their product category and then following the links until you find what you’re looking for.

MY SHOPPING LIST – A customizable list to order from. Add or delete item numbers as you wish. This list may be sorted by “SKU”, “Title”, “Unit” or “Price”. Just enter the quantity and click “Purchase”.
